The questions cover a range of topics, to give us a good sense of a) the skin you were born with, b) and what you've put it through since(!), as well as c) what you care about when it comes to ingredients and user-friendliness

At the end, don't hesitate to tell us any other things you think we should consider when we curate your recommendations


initial regimen

The morning after you submit your survey, we'll send your custom regimen via e-mail

This will outline the steps that make sense for your skincare routine in a typical week, as well as when you travel or prepare for events


weekly pick

Every Friday, we'll send you your personalized newsletter. Each edition will profile a different product, like moisturizer, or cleanser,  and will feature our overall 'top pick' for your needs, as well as a couple of alternatives. We'll also provide a detailed outline of why we chose the items for you

We'll send the newsletters in the order that each product fits into your regimen, so we'll start with products for the morning, e.g., cleanser, sunscreen and so on, followed by products we recommend for the evening

Once we get through your daily products, we'll cover occasion-based items, for when you hit the gym, or travel, or prepare for special events

Periodically we'll check in with you for feedback on any products you decided to try, so we can keep refining our recommendations

Each of your weekly newsletters will also include a link to 'academy' articles, with quick and digestible articles about topics we think you might find interesting

Many (perhaps most) of our members love syft because they want to waste zero time thinking about skincare, without making arbitrary product choices that might cause problems for their skin or compromise their values

But many of our members love to geek out with us on the pros and cons of different choices

Every newsletter you receive will have a 'geek out' button, where you can submit questions, feedback, product suggestions, or generally get in touch with our team. We love to hear from you and learn from your insights - after all, however well we tailor your 'picks', nobody will ever 'get' you like you do! Note that it might take us up to 24 hours to respond, don't take it personally
